To print out the map only  in MS WORD right click on the map. Select Save Image As. Save the image as map.jpg in My Documents/My Pictures.  Go to MS WORD.  Bring up a blank document. Then go to Insert on the top menu bar. Select Picture and From a File. Find the image you saved in My Documents\My Pictures and click on insert.  Click on the picture when it comes on the screen.  Then pull it diagonally by the corners only to the size you require and print.
